How a 2BHK price is built
A 2BHK is normally two wardrobes with lofts, the kitchen run, a TV unit, a mandir and the smaller units - shoe cabinet, washbasin cabinet, crockery. What decides the figure is the square footage of the finished faces, not the number of bedrooms: a 7 by 7 foot wardrobe is 49 sq ft whichever flat it stands in.
Framing is from ₹600 per sq ft and box work from ₹1,000. Drawers and steel baskets are priced per piece. Nothing is a lump sum - you get one line per unit with its size, its rate and its amount. How the rates are counted works through the arithmetic.
Two 2BHK flats of the same carpet area can land quite far apart, and it is almost always the laminate grade, the hardware and the number of drawers rather than the size of the rooms.
About ten days, start to handover
Everything is made in the workshop and fitted at your place, which is what keeps a full home to about ten days rather than weeks of carpentry in your living room. Progress photos land in your app as the work goes on, so you can see it without asking.
Ceiling, colour and electrical work are arranged alongside if you want them, on the same timeline, so one person answers for the whole flat.
